No rice policy
I've been getting a lot of compliments that I lost a lot of weight lately. I never noticed it up until I tried my old clothes. I am now size large and/or medium--and not Extra large anymore. My friends would ask how I did it. So here's my top fat burners: run and spend time to exercise. But even though you run and exercise, it all boils down to what you eat. So I cut the rice completely. No rice policy. It did help, a lot.
