Did you know?
Did you know...... that on December 11, in addition to being the first night of Hanukkah (Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish subscribers!) is Betty Grable Cover Girl Day? In 1939, movie star Betty Grable was featured on the cover of "Life" magazine, in a pose that won her the hearts of many World War II fighting men. Her cover became an international symbol of America for those at war.
