Burn

I had a week of jogging and exercise two weeks ago and wow it felt good to run again. All those sweat coming out my system. Jogging and work-out are the fastest fat burners in town, believe me. Too bad the rain came pouring again last week that put my work-out to a temporary stop. At least the muscle are gone and I'm expecting more when I start running again next week (hopefully). But lately, I'm enjoying the rain for a change.
