New Year Get-Away! {01.01.11}

Me and the hubby wants something NEW this year. So we decided to have a little New Year Get-away of our own. Away from the busy and noisy city of Manila. We decided to spend the New Year in Tagaytay. Unfortunately, we can't tag along the toy dogs (nini and shishi), so we just spend the New Year here in the apartment. We didn't bought any fireworks of any kind or not even prepared a barangay feast. We just waited for the clock to strike 12, enjoyed the fireworks view from our apartment and ate a simple pasta dish with fruits on the side.

So early morning of Janaury 1, we took off and head to Tagaytay. No traffic. Everybody seemed to have party-ed the night away because the streets are all empty. Just 1.5 hours and we're in Tagaytay already.

So here's how we spend the time together--just the 3 of us. {01.01.2011}

~ Our lady of Lourdes mass @ 7-8AM ~

~ Mcdo breakfast @ 8:30AM ~

~ Road trip to the Castle @ 9:30AM ~

~ Lanna's Horseback Riding @ 10:30AM ~

~ Lunch at Rowena's @ 12NN ~

~ Filitico check-in @ 1PM ~

It's siesta time til 5PM for us once we hit the sack. And it seems that the zitros can read our minds because we meet them and had dinner @ 8PM. It's suppose to be our trip but they wanna to go Tagaytay too. Good thing, the next room was still available and I booked them there also in Filitico.

We were back in Filitico @ 10:30PM, cuddle with the little ones and changed into their pajamas. Lights out @ 11:30PM. More pictures *here*
