Rice please
The hubby and I are getting worried for the last couple of months because the little angel just won't eat rice. At 2 years old, she should be eating more solid foods I know. We would always practice her being with us in her high chair at dinner time. I would prepare her plate with rice and soup. Her pedia advised this because eventually she would put the food in her mouth. That's true because sometimes she would, but most of the time she would just play and we would start to get angry. That scenario is kind if a routine for us until last week, the hubby got angry and demanded that she eat the food on her plate. What's good about the little angel is when her dad (or me) gets angry, she would not scream, cry and act like a spoiled brat but she listens instead. After a few NO responses, she opened her mouth and ate a spoonful. We praised her for that eventually talked her over of finishing the whole plate and she did. And now at 2 years old, she's potty trained and eating a lot. I'm so proud of her. I haven't bought a single diaper for the last three months because of the supply I had from gifts we received last Christmas and her birthday. Whew. And now when we go swimming, she would demand that we go to the bathroom every time she needs to pee! That's rushing to the bathroom 4 to 5 times hahaha!Labels: Lanna Jessie

yey for the little angel! ang hirap nga magpakain ng solids no? im having a problem with mia also. when she eats rice, very sparingly lang. 3 small subo lang ayaw na. pero may nadiscover din ako sa kanya. she likes to eat solids (especially spaghetti strands) when she uses her hands to eat. so hinahayaan ko nalang para at least kumain. same thing with her cereals :) ok lang kahit messy.
Kids loves spag at cereals talaga ano? oo nga.. hayaan mo lang mag kalat at least kumakain sya. Maybe spags are fun to eat kaya gusto nila :D
