What to do

It's been months since my last jog and I feel so unhealthy already. I'm always having a hard time getting up from sleep and for that, I feel so lazy. That's the down side of not staying fit. Sometimes, I don't know if I will get some hgh supplements for me or just get the diet pill that I used before. I'm not a hurry because I need to give it some time and really decide what will I do. Or maybe I should start jogging? I wish!
