Did you know...... that on December 25, besides celebrating Christmas (Merry Christmas!), is the anniversary of Washington Crossing the Delaware? In 1776, General George Washington and his troops made a daring crossing of the Delaware River to attack the Hessian troops at Trenton, New Jersey. The next day they won a major victory for the American patriots.

Gig
I went at my friend's gig last night at the Moonflower bar and resto. He's the lucky endorser of Max Ruso pick-ups and product launched last night. I wished I had a decent camcorder with me. Sound is not that good with my portable digicam. I still got videos of them playing and posted on the Internet though. We really enjoyed the gimick last night. Nice to see fellow musician and close friend in the spot light. We are so proud of him. Rock and roll masters!

Wanted: guitarist
We are still looking for a guitarist. Some say, 3-piece band is okay. But having a live person doing the riffs and solos in our songs is different. First person that our drummer recommended didn't make it because of family issue. Good thing he didn't because we heard from a friend that we was a user and we don't want that in the group. Or else he's go straight to the non 12 step rehab center. Anyway, we might meet another one next week and hopefully it'll be him because we have a gig to catch this August!

This day celebrates the birthday of Isaac Newton (1642 according to the old style calendar), the first to describe gravity. He was born at Woolsthorpe, England on January 4, 1643 (according to the new style calendar). Happy birthday, Isaac!

Did you know?
Did you know...... that on December 23 is the Festival of Radishes? In Oaxaca, Mexico, figures of people and animals are carved out of radishes. These figurines are then sold in the marketplace during the festival. A contest is held with everyone vying for the first prize and having their picture in the morning paper.

Clean living
I've done some cleaning in the house and I discovered that I have tons of bags. From back pack to shoulder bag to mail man bags. I never really liked bags but most of them were not bought, but was given to me as a present. Then I found like 4 lighters on each bags that I have. I never knew I had to much until I realized now that I've become an addict to smoking. So threw all my cigars away. I wanted to start new and start fresh for my family. Toxins away
My sister in law recommended this fiber rich product to me and I've been taking it for the past few months. I must say, it's a great supplement for fiber and it did helped me on my constipation problem. And then I read an article on the Internet about releasing the toxins from your body. Slim down
We are now running 3 weeks in our new house and everything seem to be okay now. The little kiddo is well-adjusted and me and hubby seemed to have more time togather as a family because we don't travel that much compared our home in Bulacan. We agreed that we're going to start to get fit and eat healthy. I suggested the hubby to take some phentermine because it'll help him suppress his appetite to eat and that will grealy help his diet. Natural diet
We finally are settled in our new house and adjusting to our daily lives is quite a bit challenging. Kiddo is finally adjusted and is now going to school. The hubby and I are now enrolled from a local fitness gym nearby. Their treadmill is not as fancy as the one my mom has but I realized I need to stay fit so I went ahead on my program. I'm still thinking of taking adipex diet pills because of the near band photoshoot, but nah, maybe some other time.Labels: money chats
