Updates kay Lanna

Just want to share this picture with you guys. Lanna doesn’t want to lie down all the time anymore. She knows if I’m watching TV. So she usually cries to get my attention (pero wala namang luha). She likes to sit (with support of course) and look around while I watch TV. If she gets bored (or feeling ko lang bored na sya), I usually give Lanna to her daddy and John would carry her like this…She likes this very much. She even smiles when she sees me doing faces in front of her. So cute. This is Lanna sleeping…. Lagi nya akong sinisipa bago sya matulog. Ayaw nyang matulog pag walang pillow pero sipa ng sipa kaya sya nahuhulog pero masarap naman tulog nya. Looking at the picture, naisip ko ang laki na ni Lanna. Haaaayyy… nakakatuwa.

Naalala ko lang
Nung isang araw naglalakad ako pauwi samin sa Bulacan. May nakita akong batang babae... Mukang naglalaro sya... pano naman may damit (na parang long sleeves ata yon) na nakasuot sa ulo nya. At sinusuklay pa nya yung manggas na akala mo buhok na mahaba. Pag kakitang-pagkakita ko, bigla akong napangitit kase naman naalala ko yung mga nilalaro naming nung mga bata pa kami. Dati kase bawal kami lumabas ng bahay kaya ika-nga nila puro indoor sports este mga common lang ang nilalaro namin katulad ng bahay-bahayan, tinda-tindahan, reto-restaurant at iba pa. Ayoko ng bahay-bahayan kase lagi nalang ako ang nanay. So marami akong lagi ginagawa, like mag alaga ng bata, magluto at maglinis ng bahay. Gusto ko sana maging si bunso pero sadyang malaking babae nako nun kaya ganon. Malas! Minsan naman reto-restaurant… dito namam, ako lagi ang may ari ng restaurant at ako ng nagluluto. Tinatanong nyo ba kung ano niluluto ko? Well, durog na dahon para sa ulam, buhangin para sa rise at pulbos sa tubig, kunwari softdrinks. Lagi kong customer yung pang apat naming kapatid kase sya pinaka bata nun kaya kahit anong sabihin mo sa kanya susunod lang sya… kumbaga—uto-uto. Sabi nya nung minsan, masarap daw.. nagulat nalang ako kinain pala nya yung buhangin… imbis na matakot ako, natawa pako kase kasabay ng buhangin ang sipon nya… may onse kase lagi yon eh.. sa sobrang tawa ko, bigla syang umiyak kaya ayon lagot na naman ako kay mami. Minsan naman, tinda-tindahan… aba sempre ako ang tindera nho… namimitas ako ng mga dahon sa bakuran namin at yon ang mga tinitinda ko. Pinaka ayaw kong magligpit kase hindi ko na alam kung san ko ilalagay yung mga pinagkukuha kong mga dahon. Minsan naman pag nandun kami sa tita ko sa kabilang bahay, dun ako lagi sa Singer Sewing Machine nila. Iniimagine kong kotse ko yon, cool db? Umuupo ako dun sa tapakan at yung wheel, yon ang manibela ko. Mainit nga lang kase hindi ko tinatangal yung cover na tela... kunwari may aircon.
Pag matutulog naman kami at gusto pa naming maglaro ng mga kapatid ko…. Dun kami sa may bedroom. Tinatali namin yung kumot sa leeg naming na akala mo cape na mala-prinsesa. Hindi ko tinuturing prisesa ang sarili ko dahil ako lagi ang reyna bwahahaha… mas mahabang kumot, mas maganda. Malas lang ng isa kong kapatid dahil makapal ang kumot... nahihirapan syang itali sa leeg nya. Nung minsan naitali nya pero nakakatawa yung itsura kase ang laki ng buhol sa leeg nya... panget na tignan. Minsan naman bahay-bahayan uli pero kanya-kanya na kaming bahay. Sinasabit namin yung kumot namin sa double-deck or sa cabinet na malapit sa kama para magsilbing divider, wall or pader ng bahay namin. Madalas magalit mami ko nun kase nag mumuka daw squatters area yung kawrto namin. Kapag trip ko namang mag isa, nilalaro ko yung kaisa-isang Barbie doll ko na may violet na gown. Mahaba ang buhok nya kay sobrang ingat na ingat ako nun. Kung minsan naman, yung play dough set ko pero pinaka ayoko magligpit talaga.
Nung malalaki nakami, nakakalabas na kami ng bahay pero sa tapat lang. Patintero, base-to-base, habulan at touch ball ang nilalaro ko. Sadyang mabagal akong tumakbo nun kaya madalas talo. Gustong gusto kong kumakanpi sa mga mabibilis tumakbo pero mukang ayaw nila lagi. Badtrip talaga. Nung nag high-school na, monopoly at MAD game boards na trip namin… Natatawa nalang ako minsan pag naaalala ko yung mga escapades ko nung bata ako dahil inaamin ko, nag lagay rin ako ng damit sa ulo ko katulad nung batang nakita ko.

Movies I can watch over and over and over...
I can't think of anything to blog-about until I went to Hannah and Lie's blog page... "Movies I can watch over and over and over....." I really liked the idea, but the problem is, I really really love movies!!! That means, I would be posting a lot here. But after several hours of sorting, I finally finished my list... here goes....
This is a story of undying love and bond between sisters. This reminds me of the closeness and bond with my own sisters.
Pretty Woman
Another classic love story! A story where despite all odds, a prostitute and a successful businessman fall in love with each other. It shows how opposites really do attract and love can happen when you least expect it.
The Wedding Singer
I enjoy watching this movie. 80's look, new wave songs, the hair---etc. I also like watching the gay band member of Adam Sandler in this film...
Ever After
50 First Dates
I find Adam Sandler's role here very romantic. Imagine, your guy courting you everyday... How sweet is that huh?!
Notting Hill
Like Lei... I really like love stories. I always cry after watching this movie. My favorite script is when Julia Roberts confesses her love to Hugh Grant saying, "I am also a girl, standing in front of a boy... asking him to love her". Haaayyy.....
The Matrix
Action packed film! I always say, "Let's watch the matrix, coz I haven’t seen that movie!" My sisters would reply, "Yeah right!" Hehehehe I would also kick and do fake-karate stunts to JP, thinking that I was Trinity in real life. JP would say, "Be, wag ka na nga manood ng violent movies..."
Charlie's Angels
Again... my husband would say... "Be, please don’t watch movies with fight scenes..."
A Walk to Remember
This one, I've seen the movie first before reading the book. The film also made me cry but after I read the book... cry cry talaga. For me, I prefer the book.
Lord of the Rings
Fellowship of the ring is kind of boring... I like two towers and the return of the king because of the fight scene and war...
The Notebook
I've read the book before I saw the film. The book and the film is almost the same. Like the ending part from the movie, where they died together sleeping... this is not included in the book.
The Fast and the Furious/2 Fast2Furious
Jp and I loved this movie, mainly because we love cars, motorcycles and racing! Whenever we watch this movie, we usually go "whoooo......" with our mouths open.
This is actually a comedy-love story of different people with differentstandings in life. Prime minister who fell in-love with his secretary, a boyfell in-love with his classmate in school, a guy fell in love with his bestfriend's girl, a lonely writer fell in love with his house keeper and alot more...
