Glorious day

My High School classmate E texted me last week that he uploaded a video. I had the chance to watch it few minutes ago and it made me cry. I don't know how anyone can fight the feeling of being left behind. I can't imagine myself being in his position. Remember my cyber friend +Tien? E was her bf--my high school classmate. Unfortunately, I can't embed the video here because knowing E, he's a private person. They share a special world that only them knows it's existence. Life is cruel. They may part ways for now, but I know they're gonna be together *someday*.

We are lucky to have our loved ones to hold on to. I suggest to savor every moment. Show sweet gestures and say you love them more often.

For those you knew +Tien--watch this video, *Glorious day*

Frozen Grand Central

I asked my sister to email me this link few days ago because I didn't had the time to watch. Now, thank God for rest days, I had the chance to catch up with my sleep and even bond with the little angel. My head feels lighter now.

You know, it's kinda cool to do an act like this in a busy place like the Grand Central. Read and watch how they did it *here*

Not my cyberself lately

Yes, you heard it right. Reason: I had a long and tiring week. Sad to say but I've been skipping meals, not doing my daily exercise and not resting and sleeping. Last night, I feel like my head will explode and chest hurts. The hubby advised that it might be over fatigue and I really need to sleep.

I hope next week would be much better for me. I really need to keep on track and remind myself to stay focus. Eat healthy, do some exercise and sleep at least longer than two hours.

I'm thinking having the time off from work. It's been very stressful lately. An out of town vacay is what I need! Away from here...

And oh! We received good news from the office last Friday and we are all excited about it. Ka-ching! Ka-ching! $$$

acne treatment

I started to have acne problems since when I was in my high schools days. I always wonder why some people are blessed to have fair and clear skin unlike me, dry and acne prone skin. I had tried every remedy for acne problem out there. And none of them seemed to work for me. But I discovered an acne treatment that will solve my delima. With Acne Cures revealed--they really revealed the solutions for acne problems. I hope they will continue to help more people who has the same fate as mine.

bathroom vanities

I'm always thought that the most tidiest part of the house is the bathroom. It is where we can be ourselves. When I was younger, it usually takes me an hour to take a bath. And daydream that our bathroom would have those fancy bathroom vanities. Now that we have our own home, I can decorate our bathroom anything I want, like steam showers, faucets, elegant shower panels, spacious bathroom storage for our supply, bath accessories and bathroom vanities for that finishing touches. And maybe I can add that eye catching bathroom vanity whirl pool someday.

Thinking many things

Been blog hopping for several days. Not feeling very ma-kwento today. Maybe there's nothing to write about. Or simply I'm tamad? (lazy). I dunno. Hhmm... I wonder what's wrong me these days. Maybe there's so many things in mind right now. True. There's so many things I want to do. True. Oh well.

Oh yeah, my eyeglasses was broken again last Sunday. I tried going to the office without them but it gave me a bad headache. Tsk. Now I have a new pair.

There's still a lot to do in the office, like activities and stuff. I hope we can straighten things out soon. Have band practice later this afternoon and shift later tonight. Then early meeting on Thursday--Music activity on Friday--and then band practice again on Saturday. Headache.. headache...

I'm loving my Karimadon Planner which was given by my hubby's aunt for my birthday. I'll show it to you if I could snatch my sister's cam. My parents brought my cam in Dubai that's why I don't have pictures lately. And speaking of cam--that cam started acting weird last Saturday. I might call the store since it's still under warranty. I hope it's nothing serious because I really like that cam. Tsk.

Maybe I'm thinking too many things at same time.... I need to go the hospital. No seriously...

Zylorin

There are so many diet pills out in the market today. And everybody are getting confused to which is the best and the most effective pill that will work for them. I've tried a couple of diet pills myself and none of them worked for me. Based on the survey and feedbacks, Zylorin is the best in the market. I might this myself and see the outcome. I hope it'll work for me.

Weekend Snapshot

~ She's a lefty, right? ~

Couple of months back, I gave the little angel a pen and paper for her to write on. I really wanted to know if she's gonna be a lefty (just like me) or a righty. Teacher *Tien* advised me to give the little angel a kiddie paint and a paper so she can work with her hands. This method is more effective to toddlers because they can express themselves more without the pressure of holding the pen. She's right. Few days ago, I gave her a water-based paint and a paper. She was so happy and excited about the idea because she can express yourself more.

~ The mess was worth it. ~

Farewell

I got out of the office at 5AM and the hubby and I went straight to Arlington to visit Tien for the last time. The place was peaceful. It's not too crowded compared from our first visit. Ervin (her special friend) and I were able to talked about so many things. We'd catch up stories from our high school lives to the present. He even told me stories about Tien when she was alive. It's like our conversation will never end. I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we need to go home. So I bid Tien my last goodbye. My heart was light when we left because I know and felt that she was there even though I can't see her.

As of this writing, her family and friends are their way to Eternal Gardens for her remains will be cremated at 9AM.

I remembered her email when we lost our grandfather last year, she said that *quote* will make losing someone easier. And now I'm reading it again...

*When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.
When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.*

Farewell Ms. Sunshine... May you find eternal life in heaven.

You will be remembered forever

I was worried to death upon reading this post from Cynch's blog last Friday night. I opened *her* blog that night hoping to get good news but around late at night, all I got was thank yous and goodbyes. Then I began to worry...

I came to know *Tien* through my HS friend, Cynch. I voluntarily emailed her couple of years back saying that I really admire her so much and she happily acknowledged it with pure heart. Then I was an avid reader ever since. Everyday I would check her site hoping to see the world through her--exploring new places, fun post and especially breath-taking pictures are my favorite. We would exchange emails and leave offline messages. She was even there to comfort me when I lost my grandfather and my Fender bass. She would even give advise on how to take care of the little angel. She always made me see the brighter side of life.

Couple of months ago, I conducted a name game contest for my other blog. I received a handful of entries online and an offline message from her. She gave me a couple of entries which she said, that's how she sees my blog. It's like she's listening daw. I instantly liked her idea which made her the winner. The prize was not much (it's only $10) and I was thinking how to give it to her. I thought, maybe that was the perfect way to meet her. But she said, to just buy the little angel a nice bikini or something for the summer and I would email her the pictures. That made my heart melt. Teacher Tien talaga... anything for the kids.

Her latest travels was in Batanes. I never knew Batanes was so beautiful. I was checking her site constantly just to get updates but to no avail, I didn't see any post in the couple of days and then there's Cynch's post.

I got a text message from Cynch Saturday morning which moved to me to tears. My heart was aching, my body was numb and my head was spinning around. "Tien passed away last night. Let's pray for her." WHY?? Why her?! She's young, pretty and there's so many things she could do.

~ I will miss that cheerful smile ~

I really really wanted to meet her in person. And I never thought of meeting her that way. My knees were shaking her when I saw her at Arlington that Saturday night. I was too late. I didn't had that chance to meet her, see her beautiful smile. But I know I'm lucky to just simply know her. I know how many soul she'd touched and inspired, simply by being herself.

~ You will be remembered forever. ~

*Tien, I know you're in a better place now and looking down on us. My prayers to you and your family. You're soul will be remembered forever. Now, you can travel the world.*

~ I like this song on her blog... ~

Fashion Schools California

I always wanted to study and pursue studies abroad. Learn different cultures and experience being independent. If given a chance to study again I would definitely look for fashion schools in California or maybe fashion schools in Los Angeles. The fashion industry is beginning to be my passion and I'm sure, fashion school in California would be a top priority. Getting a degree is always not to late.

Another reason to be happy is that I helped a friend find a job and she's gonna be joining me here. I'm so happy.

I'm looking forward to this coming weekend. Here's why... Cornell's first birthday on Saturday and Bubup's 3rd Birthday on Sunday. Yey!

8 Random Things about the Little Angel

Still catching up on the tags here. Thanks again to Kathycot.

~ Little Angel's 8 Random Things ~

1. Born on January 17, 2006--7:56AM at the new Medical City, Pasig City via normal painless delivery.

2. Breastfed her for only 2 weeks because I don't have the patience back then. Unfortunately, it's one of my regrets as a mom.3. Eats only bread, biscuits, fruits and yogurt during her first year and recently started eating rice.

4. Potty-trained when she reached 2 years old. We are very proud of her.

5. Likes to play her toys very much--like the doll house, her baby doll, ball or balloon, ride the Vroom-Vroom, stack piles of Legos or imagine things using the Legos and most especially read books. And she definitely loves Swimming too!

6. She can count name the parts of the body, name animals and fruits, imitate animal sounds and count from 1 to 10.

7. Kikay. She loves to wear dresses and refuses to cut her hair. She would stay still when it's time to fix her hair and would admire her dress/hair in front of the mirror.

8. She's Independent. She loves to do things on her own, like wear the jacket, put socks and shoes and more.

Playing again

Thank GOD it's Friday! I feel I had a very long week. My back is aching so much now, so I bought a couple of caltrate. I think I'm getting old. Oh I didn't had the chance to see the little angel today. After office early this morning, I went straight at my parent's house to sleep a couple of hours. We had our first band practice this afternoon and I'm so happy that Aimz finally met Lowie. You see, Lowie is a talented gal whose music talent runs in their family. Her dad and two uncles are the original members of Banyuhay ni Heber (Famous song, "Tayo'y mga Pinoy"). I've known her over 10 years already and it's nice to jam with her again. Aimz on the other hand is a good friend and a ex-officemate. I've also known her for years too until she resigned, recorded her own song at home and release her EP. Then recently she formed her band--Marry Me Amy which unfortunately parted ways last year because the one band member went to Australia. Unfortunately, my sister J was not able to join us. But we are all looking forward to next week for another jam session. It's good to be playing again.

The hubby and I are getting worried for the last couple of months because the little angel just won't eat rice. At 2 years old, she should be eating more solid foods I know. We would always practice her being with us in her high chair at dinner time. I would prepare her plate with rice and soup. Her pedia advised this because eventually she would put the food in her mouth. That's true because sometimes she would, but most of the time she would just play and we would start to get angry. That scenario is kind if a routine for us until last week, the hubby got angry and demanded that she eat the food on her plate. What's good about the little angel is when her dad (or me) gets angry, she would not scream, cry and act like a spoiled brat but she listens instead. After a few NO responses, she opened her mouth and ate a spoonful. We praised her for that eventually talked her over of finishing the whole plate and she did. And now at 2 years old, she's potty trained and eating a lot. I'm so proud of her. I haven't bought a single diaper for the last three months because of the supply I had from gifts we received last Christmas and her birthday. Whew. And now when we go swimming, she would demand that we go to the bathroom every time she needs to pee! That's rushing to the bathroom 4 to 5 times hahaha!

Down

Feeling a little down today because of the computer at home in Bulacan. It's unreasonably slow. But I'll be getting my sister's Western Digital external HD this weekend for hopefully it will run faster after I transfer my files to the HD. But now, there's nothing I can do but wait. I can't even upload a picture on blogger because it always times out. I was sad because I was not able to participate yesterday on the weekend snapshots. So both of my blogs doesn't have any updates for the last two days. I've been doing my paid opps here in the office because my sponsor's site won't open properly. Imagine how slow it is. Anyway, I hope the WD HD will resolved the issue. Let's see.

Passport

We were thinking it's time for the little angel to have a passport. And my mom was telling me to get her one already. So the hubby and I were prepared to spend 45 minutes in the photo yesterday afternoon at SM Marilao. My sister said, they spend almost an hour in the photo studio when Amandine had her picture taken for her passport. I was laughing when my heart out when my sister said they did everything but Amandine would just not look straight at the camera. I told the hubby the story and so we braced ourselves to do the same thing. Fortunately, the little angel was cooperative. Two shots and we're done. That's it? Oh my. I was expecting a lot more from that session. Oh well, maybe she's in a good mood that time.
