November
November went by soo fast. We are now down to 10 days before Christmas feels hits us. But it's not only November... it's the whole 2020 that went by fast. I have to agree, we want this year to be over and start fresh next year. I hope and pray that 2021 will be good for everyone. I have FAITH. Let's stay strong.

Passing...
One of the hardest things to handle is the passing of a love one. I cannot imagine myself going through the ordeal and I ask God to take care of my love ones for all the days of our lives. And just this morning, I heard a very sad news about a friend's passing. My hearts goes to the family in times of sorrow like this. I pray for his soul to go up in heaven. Fellow musician, friend, a father... I pray for your soul to rest in peace. You will be missed +Ramil Salonga.

Cancelled plans
I've been wanting to go back to Baguio because our recent trip with the hubby's family was so bitin hehe. We just drove around town, slept in the hotel and went home. I don't have any complains because it was a family trip. So me and my friend Lanie were planning to go this coming Feb. 22-23. Yup it's a birthday trip for me. We plan to sleep in one of the affordable trans homes, eat in famous and delicious carinderya, check-out SM baguio, walk around town and also tambay outside the terrace and enjoy the cool breeze of Baguio. Then I learned that it's also the flower festival and almost all the trans houses were fully booked already. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip. Bummer. But it's okay. We are still decided to go there and we'd probably stay 2 nights so we can check-out all the sites. We'll just wait for the off peak season and off we go.

Band equipment rental
Just received a phone call from a x-officemate who is now managing a events place in Ortigas. He badly needs a band equipment. I instantly agreed on the 3-day rental starting on this Tuesday. We are now preparing and hopefully everything would turn out smoothly. Ayokong mapahiya. And good thing, I'm on morning shift too. Something tells me this is gonna be brutally hectic.

Good Vibes!
I'm feeling good vibes today! I know I only slept 3 hours but it's okay. Anniversary party later at 8PM and I'm already getting butterflies in my stomach. Good vibes today because when I came in @ work this morning, they told me I won the raffle.. and not just once--but TWICE! I know I never won raffles and contests before but ever since I won that movie premier pass, I'm feeling lucky every time! I know it's crazy, but I joined several online contests and raffles lately. Who knows?! I might another prize right!
So I'm still at work til 2pm. Will need to go home first to pack my attire. And what to you know... I still don't know what to wear later!!! I hope the corset I purchased few years ago still fits.

Internet is a MUST!
We just moved to the new house already and we're been very very VERY busy fixing/settling down. But it still feels like there's nothing to do when there's no Internet connection in the house.We all feel isolate and far from the world. My sister and I agreed to get a new ISP, since they disconnected the previous account. First we wanted Sky cable. I called Sky but the lady said, they haven't installed a line yet in our area, thus leading us to options--pldt or bayantel. I already scarped out SmartBro from our list due to my bad experience with them for the past 2 years. Their 'wireless lan' connection to the nearest cell site tends to experience congestion due to numerous users, especially during peaks hours. Adding up was the cell site maintenance etc. Anyway, my sister called pldt to get the 999 plan. Unfortunately, it's only for clients with existing pldt phone lines, which means we have to get the 1299 plans instead, which includes DSL + Landline.To bad for them, we don't need land line haha. So we were down to bayantel. We already had 2 previous accounts with bayantel (from our previous addresses) and so far, connection was okay. My sister's latest experience with bayantel is when it rains, DSL disconnects, so she needs to call me for support. Since we're living together now, tech support is here hahaha. My conclusion was their wireless router on that issue btw. I'm expecting a call from bayantel later today for the installation since I registered online yesterday afternoon. I'm all out excited on setting up the wireless connection at home because this is going to be permanent. Internet connection is a MUST for us. Even the kiddo complains when youtube is not acccessible LOL.

Gallstone 1st Anniversary

Headaches
I started to run yesterday after work. My foot still hurts a little but it's tolerable. Maybe a little more stretch will do the trick. And I woke up this morning, hello headache! But on the bright side, Blackberry service is now activated on my phone. FINALLY.

Still no Blackberry service
It's been a week (yesterday to be exact) since we applied the Blackberry add-on service Php299 on my postpaid plan and I've been itching to use it ever since. I've been calling their customer service everyday just to follow-up. My dad even mentioned that he'll go to the SUN Shop personally but I said no. Whenever I call, it's still pending approval... pending approval... etc. I even purchased their pay-per-use service but it's too expensive. Php50/day, or Php125/3 days, Php1,000/month. Luge. Compare to Php299/month bundled with a postpaid plan.
So why do they even bother publishing their services in the market, when they keep their clients waiting and waiting for approval... Tsk. Tsk. walalang.

Twisted
I hurried to Trinoma yesterday afternoon to purchase a nice swim suit and pay our phone bills but I was only able to get the swim suits and not pay the bills because the mall is jam-packed with people. Plus, I hurt my foot on the way to Landmark. I was trying to over take some people who were busy looking at their cellphones while walking then I accidentally stepped on the missing tile beside the escalator and twisted my ankle! I fell half way and it was really embarrassing. I pretended that it didn't hurt but after that 2-minute walk to Landmark, my left foot was already aching a lot. I sat down for a minute and massaged my foot. Hoping to ease the pain. It did, but only for awhile. I hurried and bought the swim that I liked and met with mom and dad for dinner, then coffee break @ The Coffee bean. Mom and dad dropped me off to work @ 8pm.
@ 2AM. I was expecting the pain would go away by now but somehow it gotten worse. It hurts when I touch it and even painful when I walk. I usually twist my ankle once a year and all of them seems to have bad results like this. But I wasn't expecting it now though. What a perfect way to end the year huh.
I called TonTon Thai foot massage and reflex earlier and probably visit them before my shift starts later. Hopefully the pain would be gone by then because I cannot afford to be injured right now. We got a 3-day stay @ ThunderBird Resort in La Union (Jan2-4), followed by my sister's wedding the next day (Jan.5). High heels man! Get the picture.
Goodluck to me. Anyway, have a safe NEW YEAR to all!

DLS family
Love this pic! It was taken same day when MIL and BIL arrived from the States and we went straight to Tagaytay and had buffet breakfast in Cafe by the Ridge in Taal Vista Hotel. DLS family (hubby's side) and after 6 years, we are complete. Can't wait for Christmas and New Year!

Pagbabago
I was living a normal, happy and fun single life when I got pregnant. Age was never an issue because I knew it was time for me settle down but I was afraid of the change that I might encounter and I was right. Every moment of it was a first time for me and I was very lucky to have my family with me. I remembered, I was constantly craving for Goldilocks classic polvoron that time. And the moment I saw my daughter for the first time, changed my life. Yes, this bundle of joy did changed my life. I became more sensitive, unselfish, reponsible and I learned to love unconditionally.
Like any other parent, we want to give Lanna the best. So we settled in for the princess theme party with her favorite Goldilocks princess cake with cup cakes.
Through the years, I was able to cope with whatever struggle and challenges with the help of my better half. And together we are still learning from our everyday lives and goldilocks never missed to reward us for every achievement we attain.
God gave us a lifetime of blessing and for that He showed us the true meaning of pure happiness and everlasting love. I am truly grateful for this change in my life.

Back
I'm back! Just finished uploading pictures from my cam but still more to go from my sister's cam. We did enjoy our GIG slash Vacation pero super bitin! We plan to go back there next year -- tagal! Will post updates soon.

Update list
I don't want to elaborate on what had happened last Saturday because I'm not in the mood right now. Maybe because a text message took my mood away. Anyway, I just made a list on what's happening lately...
1: Did not report to work for 2 days (Sat/Sun) because of the weather.
2: Electricity was out too for 2 days.
3: I'm now officially a morning-shifter starting today (4am-1pm).
4: Internet was restored today.
5: House help almost went home today. Good thing, we had clear things up.
6: I bought a swim suit - top only. Weird.
7: I changed the pictures on the Flickr badge and I loved it.
8: I replaced the old chat box with cbox because the old one is no good.
9: Marry Me Amy's Davao gig. We'll fly there on Thursday.
10: I need to finish online tasks today because I know I don't have time tomorrow.
11: I still need to finalize what I'm going to bring to Davao. Argh. I hate packing!
12. MMA's myspace - pending. I hope I can start on it soon.
That reminds me to bring my Custom flash drive. I think I'm going to need it during the trip.

Updates
Office outing was a success at Fort Wilhelmina in Bacoor Cavite. We totally had fun Saturday night. Now I'm feeling tired and sleepy because I onyl had two hours of sleep yesterday because I can't just leave my friends. Anyway, rain poured so hard Sundy afternoon and it took us literally 3 hours just to get home. Later, another battle coming up. Wish us luck!

Starting the week right
What a Monday! I know this is not me but I started the week right. I woke up early, had breakfast, brought the little kiddo to school, went to SM and bought groceries, went back to school to fetch the little kiddo, then we went to SM to have lunch, and we stroll to buy some stuff and lastly we ate rocky rock ice cream. Whew! We went home around 4pm and took a nap. Then I changed into my running gear ran for 62 minutes in the treadmill. I wanted to walk some more but I don't want to over do it. We ate dinner when the husband arrived then I took a bath. Now it's Internet time, I felt I've done so much today. I hope I could continue this healthy routine till the end of the month.
