Happy Father's Day!
We are lucky to still have our papa with us. So on this day, let us all celebrate and salute to all fathers out there. Although hubby is far away working abroad, we'll just celebrate Father's day when he comes home for vacation on December. We can't wait! Anyway...

Protection gear
My dad was out last night and went to go see his band mates for some jam session. Sometimes he would just get the bass guitar and put it on the back seat of the car with the case! I told him to get at least a descent bass case at guitar center so he can prevent permanent damage to his gear. A good casing is must because I learned it the hard way. If I can even get water-proof one, I would. These hard to find gear need proper care and especially storage. I would really want my daughter to experience my gear when they grow up. And maybe one of them may like to bass as well someday. Let's see.

Skill
I'm on social media lately and it's been eating my past time. I regret to admit that I am one of those people who are hooked. And I saw a couple of jam memories from years ago with my band mates and it made me a little sad. How I want to go back to the golden days and just savor the moment. I remember, Joey and I would check that MF music instrument stores near me and would spend a good one hour just browsing through their music instruments and talk about how would we make our sound more unique. Then we would try them during jam session with Amy. I wish we can do that again. Now, my eldest daughter is beginning to love singing. I am now looking forward on her potential talent and hopefully commit my time in molding her skill.
