Quick hello!

I just got home and it's really late. I waited 10AM for the mall to open so I can buy little angel's milk and grab some groceries too. But before that, I paid my cell phone and Internet bills. It's funny how we work so hard just to pay the bills, but that's how it works right? Anyway, I've check my sponsor's sites and I guess all ops are taken by this time. Yeah, because it's already late! Waaahh! But I'm not complaining. I'm happy whatever ops I could grab and grateful that I still have assignments every now and then. But right now, I really need to sleep. I'll do my tags and update from the little angel's birthday party by tomorrow. Hello visitors! See you around.

Mommy Tagged!

Ris tagged me to write down top 5 things I want my child to know before he grows up. Or more specifically, top 5 values I should impart to my child to make him be a better person and these are:

+ Faith in God ~ Living with our half Spanish grand parents when we were little kids makes us aware and practice good religious acts. We were not that religious but they made sure our faith to the Lord is there.
+ True happiness doesn't come from material wealth ~ I learned to appreciate the things around me that money can’t buy.
+ Love thy family ~ Family and friends are important to me. They are the reason for my inspiration in my everyday struggle to be a good mother.
+ Respect ~ The hubby comes from a conservative family. They strictly respect elders.
+ Don’t do the others what you would not want others to do to you ~ I believe in karma. So don’t do bad things to others otherwise it will come back to you.

I grew up with respect to my parents, love for my family and seek guidance from the Lord. I learned later on to appreciate everything—from small things to a countless blessings.

Now, I’m tagging Malen, Aimzster, Ruthie, Hannah and Meng.

Complete Prescription Eyeglasses+ Case for $8

The hubby was thinking to have his eyes checked. He’s getting slight headache every now and then so I accompanied him to the nearest clinic here in our place. Prolong exposure in front of the computer makes our eyes tired and weary. Yeah, that explains why I’m wearing a pair of glasses right now. Since the hubby is very picky, we spent hours at the mall looking for the right frame that he likes. We just got tired from all that standing and walking but to no avail, we didn’t find the right pair that he likes. So we just went home and rest. I browsed the Internet and check for updated frames. And yes, I found Zenni Optical: Sell Rx Glasses $8 with case! They offer a wide range of stylish frames for everybody of all ages. And I even picked a pair for me. What’s great about it is that they sell the frames directly to customers like us with going through a middleman which makes it very affordable.

Grapevine

I’m amazed how woman nowadays step out from their shell, speak their minds and do amazing things. I, for one get inspired by these women who share their sacrifices to get others motivated to be strong physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Women share the same passion in life-to live to the fullest and to love. That’s why I’m impressed to these women who step up on the light and made sure they are heard out loud. And my inspirations come from these women in Grapevine. These women are a circle of friends who loves to eat, shop and talk about almost everything. So they come up with a site that almost woman love to do. They have the option to shop and where to shop for stylish clothes, share food expertise, give advise, discuss travel and many more. Grapevine will greatly help inspire women all around the world today especially me, as a working mother. I will learn more everyday and have fun at the same time.

Second Birthday

I can't believe I forgot to post an entry and pictures from the little angel's birthday trip. I was thinking a lot of things and the birthday party was one of them. Okay, so here's our birthday adventure. January 17, 2008. First, my father was kind enough to lend us the van for the day, so we were able to enjoy without worrying about the rain. I even brought a big pillow for me to use because I haven't slept a wink. Unfortunately, the little angel used all the time. We took off 9AM from home to St. Clara Church to say our prayers and Thank yous. And so, here we are goofing around in front of the camera.

~ Hello there.. ~

Next stop--Eco park. But first we bought drive tru food at Jollibee. It's the hubby's and the little angel's favorite so I can't complain right? Good thing the hubby brought the little bike for her ride on so we didn't have to carry her when she's tired from walking. And there's me, with the take out food on my left hand.

~ Riding the bike. ~

After lunch, we stroll around the area. Who would have thought that a place like this exist in the middle of the city? It's full of trees and plants. Then there's this stairs in the middle. They said, it's the dam itself. So the hubby and I raced to the top with the little angel on his shoulder. With lack of sleep, I lost! My legs were aching but I was able to reach the top. 116 steps btw. And yeah, when I looked at the view--All I saw was green. And yeah, the dam was there.

~ Almost at the top on the left and the all-green view on the right. ~

After the stairs-exercise, we went to the ferry boat ride. The entrance was cheap and we get to ride the boat for 30 minutes. Enough time to look around and feed the ducks. It's also safe for kids because they have this life jacket and the water was only 4 feet deep. Look at my eyes on the picture... I was tired but enjoying every moment of it. Anything for her.

~ Boat ride with ducks chasing us. ~

We get to take a nap in the car on the way to TriNoMa. I woke up and we were already there. Then we went to Cont's and ate their famous frozen cakes for merienda. It's so yummy! You should try it. Oh my, we had 3 slices. Then off we go again. And since it's her birthday, the little angel enjoyed the carousel ride and the 1-hour playtime at Kevin's Playground and Library. The hubby was kind enough to accompany her.

~ Yummy frozen cake at Cont's ~ Carousel Ride ~ Playtime with daddy! ~

I was talking with my mom at whole time they were inside the play area. We were discussing our checklist for the party. My dad also asked if we could stop by there so they could see the little angel. So we decided to have dinner there too to complete the day. So I bought my favorite cake at Red Ribbon and we finished the day with a warm birthday song. See more pictures *here*

~ Sweet way to end the day. ~

Debix Promotion Code

Identity theft is one of the major crimes that I don’t want get involve with. As a mother, I don’t want to loose my identity because I have a reputable image at work and doting responsible mother to my daughter. But we cannot tell when there criminals will strike so we need to be prepared every time. One tool that these criminals use is the credit cards. We need to be extra careful especially during online transactions. They can hack, steal and make transaction without us knowing it. Good thing Debix services is available to protect us. They offer service protection by monitoring and making a call once they got a suspicious transaction. This will make us aware if an unidentified being is using our credits. We can avail their services with the Debix Promotion Code which is affordable. We can get this Debix Promo Code only at Debix website. So take that advantage and have a worry-free living.

Happy weekend

The little angel and I spent the weekend at my parents house. And we were able to visit her pedia in the Saturday afternoon. Thank God the little angel is healthy. She had her vaccine shot too. I may start giving her new prescribed milk this week since she's already 2 years old.

My sister J and I watched Sweeney Todd on dvd but unfortunately we both fell asleep. I was the one who fell asleep first--no doubt about that. Then my sister woke me up and asked me if I closed the laptop...? huh? I was asleep. But who did it. I looked for the little angel who was beside me and she was wide awake. So we were guessing she did it. Maybe she thought closing the laptop since there was no one watching anymore hahaha.

My sister A and Amandine was able to join us Sunday after lunch. So just stayed home and let the kids play. I was amazed how the little angel can interact and cope with Amandine. They played the little angel's toys--Polly pocket toys, they ran around and chase each other, and they even played Doctor-doctor. How cute. I was able to finish the movie, since they played it again while the kids were playing but we had to cover their eyes and ears because some scenes were NOT kid-friendly.

Now we're back in Bulacan and I'm off again to the office later tonight. Time flies so fast.

Valentines Day Gift Baskets

Christmas and New year just passed like a breeze. Now Valentine's day is fast approaching. We are now counting the days before Heart's day. A very special day to all married couples, families and love ones. There are so many ways to celebrate the Heart's day. Some choose to stay at home and cook a delicious meal. For my family, we will definitely spend it to a fancy restaurant with the whole family of course. We love to eat. And I can't wait for Valentine's day to arrive because the hubby alway surprises me with lots of things. And every year it's getting better and better. I remembered, he brought a valentines day gift basket especially for me and he made sure it's from an anonymous admirer. He enjoyed looking at my surprised face at the time. Last year, we just spent the day at home. I remembered then when the clock sticked 12 mid night, he woke me up and gave me a bunch of chocolates. How sweet right? Now I'm thinking what he will do next. A valentines day gift baskets again? Maybe. I will definitely be surprised if he'll give another st valentines day gift baskets this coming Heart's day. I can't wait.

Stretch marks

When I was pregnant, my main concern was the stretch marks especially on the tummy part. I was not sure then that my stretch mark would go away after I gave birth. My friends recommended me to use coconut oil, but it was impossible for to use it because it made my felt more hot and sweaty because of the weather here. Then I was able to browse from a local super market here about stretch mark cream. It gave me ideas on how to prevent stretch marks too and revitol stretch mark cream is the answer. The website also offers elaborate information on skin care and skin-related problems and how to prevent them. There are a lot of products out there, but I simply trust revitol stretch cream because of its trusted reputation in the market. Eliminate that ugly scarring stretch marks and make that skin soft, smooth and flawless.

EON concerns

After receiving my debit card from Union Bank, I did not add my card from my paypal account right away. I actually forgot all about it because my mind was so occupied with so many things for the little angel's birthday party. My friend, told me that she was getting this error from paypal. My office mate was able to add his card online, so I asked him to assist me. Unfortunately, I missed one number from my first attempt to enter the card number and so it gave me an error. That I cannot add the card and I need to contact the bank. I tried again and on my second attempt and I made sure that the numbers this time were right. Unfortunately, it just gave me the same error. My office mate said that I need to call the Customer Service. He said, that he had the same error before and all he did was call the 24/7 Customer Service. I hope I could get this straighten out.

Dream

I had the weirdest dream ever yesterday afternoon. My dream was so real that I thought I was doing it already. I was even impressed how I'd did it. Okay, it goes like this... Me and the hubby was in the house when my FIL arrived. The hubby happily called my attention to check what my FIL brought home. There were a couple of old amplifiers, used for guitars and there was also a couple of wind instruments. The weird part was, I was able to play this one wind instrument-I think it's a clarinet and I was good at it. I even played "Feel so good". WTF. I immediately called my sisters to jam with me. Because "Feel so good" was one of our music pieces. I felt I was actually holding that clarinet on my hand at that moment. Then my dream just went on that way for a couple of minutes more (I think) until I woke up, looking for my cellphone so I could check the time. What a dream.

Masters Degree

Our parents worked hard for years so that we could finish our studies. And being the good parents as they are, they were able to provide everything that we need. From food, clothes, books and education. There’s nothing like seeing your son and daughter marching on stage and receiving a diploma on a pleasant graduation day. Now, I would love to see my own daughter finish her school and receive her diploma. Education would be the only precious gift we can give her that nobody can take away from her. And choosing the right university would mean a lot to her education. Capella University is one of the most competitive universities known today. I would love to her my daughter get her Masters Degree in a reputable school like Capella University.

Heath Ledger, Actor, Is Found Dead at 28

I'm so sad! Heath Ledger is gone at 28! He's so young and talented. He didn't even make it on the premier of Batman this coming MAY 2008. I heard that he played "Joker" on the said movie.

The actor Heath Ledger was found dead Tuesday afternoon in an apartment in Manhattan, according to the New York City police. Signs pointed to a suicide or an accidental overdose, police sources said. Mr. Ledger was 28. Full story *here*

~ I love his role on "10 things I hate about you" ~

~ He looked really handsome with his prince outfit on "A Knight's tale". ~

~ Yeah, I haven't seen this movie. I'm sure all of you have... ~

~ His latest movie "Batman - The Dark Knight" as Joker. ~

Payday Loan

Sometimes we cannot prevent unavoidable circumstances from happening. Especially for your family needs, we cannot avoid to be short in cash. Cash that we need for to buy books, school projects for the kids, educational field trips, emergency hospital bills, household repairs, car maintenance, calamity and many more. I remembered my officemate needed cash to pay his son’s tuition fee last year. He was able to get a loan but he waited weeks for it to be approved. And what’s worse, he waited another couple of weeks for the check to arrive. It was kind if frustrating on his side because he was a qualified application but yet, it’s the process that was very slow. So I started to browse the Internet for more resources on where we can get an easy loan with the hassle. And yes, worry no more! Now that I found payday loan online that helps us the cash advance the money we need. It’s easy! After submitting your qualified application, payday loans can electronically deposit and transfer the payday loan amount straight to your account with any hassle. So that means, you can easily withdraw the money without actually lining from the teller bank and spending hours of waiting in line. It’s that easy.

Zitrosisters

I was able to chat with my sister A late last night. Thanks to the Internet connection via the Smart line phone, she was able to go online. Yup! There's nothing like a good piece of advise and words of wisdom from a caring sister. I feel a lot better now. I was feeling that there's something missing inside these past 2 days, and she made me realise what it is. I realised how lucky I am today. To be walking, talking, breathing, working and especially having the little angel with me. I also agreed to her that we became closer after giving birth to our first born. We both understood instantly why we are here and we both saw a different perspective about life in the eyes of a mother.

"Just be as good as you can be...and you are..in every way... be happy and contented nothing can upset you." -Sister A.

She's right. Why would I waste my time thinking of such nonsense right? I should have doing what's more important to me. I realised that we should be busy celebrating life and being happy while we are still alive.

What can I say? Me and my sisters have this strong attachment with each other. And it's the most precious of all.

"We spent our whole lives together and still we'll miss each other when we're gone..." ~zitrosisters

Fortune

I'm not all that superstition on things or even into Feng shui but I always wanted blessings to come in the house. From one of our 168 mall trips with my mom, we stumble upon this lady selling fortune plants. With a cheap deal, I was able to purchase 1-big and 2-small fortune plants. And my mom got 2-big fortune plants. And we got it for only P50 for a big and P15 for the small one. I put the one top of the fridge along with other snacks. And some times, it's on the center table. I hope this fortune plant will give more fortune this 2008!

Medical Career Training

A lot of people wanted to study medicine education nowadays. More and more people now are being conscious and aware of their health in general. Nurses and doctors are in demand all over the world. They offer competitive salaries and benefits for those who are qualified. Three of my cousins are actually studying medicine and their hoping to get a new start and a bright future in the said field. Other friends I know are now having a blast from a Nursing career. I know for sure that they worked hard for it. And now they are reaping what they sew. When the little angel grows up, I would simply make her choose her own career and what she wants to be in the corporate world. But I would definitely suggest to her a career in Medicine. I would be great having a daughter for a nurse or even a doctor. Knowing that she might be a doctor in the future makes me feel very proud. And to help us find the perfect school online with Medical Career Training. They even have loads of training possibilities available online. They even have ultrasound tech which they have a reputable schools for ultrasound tech school or ultrasound technician school. Come and join and start a new career.

Music cures

I was angry like a bull last night up until I got in the office. I waited for my sister to send a buzz. And yes she did. I was able to talk/chat with her about the issue thinking that I might need a little small girl talk, you know. But I guess I'm still feeling the heavy heart. I tried to put my mind on something else especially when I got out of the office. You know, my travel is a bit long. So I played Barbie's Almalbis' songs on my ipod. I tried to focus on the lyrics and her enchanting voice. It did helped a lot. I was already singing her songs while walking and there I was--almost home. I admit that I felt a little lighter than before. I guess her music really cures a heavy heart inside. Oh yeah, she's one of my most favorite OPM artist.

Fed up

I'm starting to feel sick on dealing with IL-issues. They just keep getting worse. I can't blame anybody because these are two very different parties, with very very different perspective about life. Of course, I'm defending my side of the party. Good thing I didn't called anyone when I found out the thing that caused those scenarios. If I did, it might make things worse than before. All I can say is, they think they know everything. And besides, hindi naman kami ang nag tatanim ng sama ng loob.

You maybe wondering what I'm trying to say here. Two words--*toot* *toot*. Sorry. Long story.

Bullion

As a mother, I only think of the best for my little girl. Quality kids stuff, delicious food and many more. And of course, most importantly her future. We can get insurance or even college insurance for her now but I'm thinking more. I would definitely want an investment that would last a lifetime so I can sustain my daughter's future and our future as well. My personal dream would be putting up my own business some day but doing this would mean serious risks, like loosing a lot of money. And I cannot afford to face that fact, just in case. So a friend suggested that I could try buying gold, silver bullion and other precious gems for me to keep. Through this, I can invest my money without loosing anything. I heard that buying gold and silver bullion was done nearly over centuries. That's true because we are still doing it now. Buying precious jewelery maybe a personal content to others, but to some, it is an investment for the future. There's no better time in buying than now.

Boot Disk Failure

I was suppose to post some more entries yesterday when the computer suddenly broke down. Boot Disk Failure WTF! I was like screaming! I had to do some filler posts and not to mention paid ops. I just turned off the computer and settled in with the little angel. We played, watched TV and more. And yeah, I had the chance to sleep all day yesterday and today. And when the hubby got home, he instantly fixed that grumpy old computer! Well, he should have fixed it first yesterday right? He said, he didn't because I need the time to bond with the little angel. But HELL-oh! The thought of having no computer and zero Internet access just makes me wanna burst out crying. What the H*ll! It's fixed so I'll shut up now...

Zitros forever

I'd like to reserve this post to say *Thank you* to everyone who made the little angel's 2nd birthday party a success! To my dearest family, who never had any second thoughts in lending a helping hand. Not to mention financial support too. Through here I could acknowledge their hard work and appreciate the time they spent.

From left to right order....
* For the Hubby ~ who never complained on what I want and what need for the party. Very supportive haha!
* For the Little Angel ~ who never fails to amuse me everyday!
* Oh that's me holding the little Angel.
* For sister S ~ who gave moral support during those time I needed someone to talk to (or to chat with). She's there, always in the right time... buzz away sis! Thanks also for sponsoring the clown!
* Sister G ~ For doing a good job in video taping the event, ran errands and assisting the little kids.
* Sister M ~ For doing the invites and Thank you card layouts. I know how (super) busy she was during those times when I badly need those files. She still finds time to make them even though she has a deadline to meet. But that didn't end there, Thank you also for picture-capturing the event. Oh yeah, please put all the pictures in a dvd with the re-sized files in a separate folder! She likes it when I'm demanding... tsk!
* Sister J ~ Thank you for the banner layout. Again, another busy bee sister. My rugged doll and baby stereo plug band mate!
* Sister A ~ Being the eldest in the team, with 2 daughters to take care of and an Architect job on the side with tons of projects, she still finds time to squeeze in. I sincerely adore her for being brave and strong. Thank you for the lending the video cam and for the tarp print (yeah it's free).
* Amandine & Aiverine ~ Thank you for being so adorable! hehe!
* Wabs ~ ever mabait brother-in-law for lending the Amandine's whole set of playground!
* Mamsie ~ To my mom who never fails to give support. For the taking the day off from work just to accompany me at the 168 mall, twice! For always reminding me to get some sleep. And thanks also to sponsoring the sorbetero ice cream cart! Yummy!
* Papsie ~ Thank you for bringing your new PA yesterday and being in charge with the sound system. Kiddies songs and Jazz music filled the air while we enjoy the party. Me and the little angel very much appreciate the time you gave (and gas... not mention the traffic) in getting the playground from Las Piñas (my sister's place) and brought it here in Bulacan. From south to north with love.

Here's to 'Team zitros'! Kudos and Cheers to everyone!

~ Zitros forever ~

To the hubby' family... MIL ~ for the Elars Lechon. FIL ~ for the food and support! SIL ~ lending a hand in putting the venue in the right kiddie party mood.

Rugby news

My husband loves sports. Way back when he was still in High school, he participated with kinds of sports like basketball, volleyball and ever soccer. While he and his dad played tennis during the weekends. When I met up with my husband in College (boyfriend back then), he loves playing football with some college friends out in the field. And the during the weekends, I would accompany him with his friends to play basketball. And when I got my first job, he insisted that I should get fit by playing tennis with him. Since the sport was new to me, he patiently taught me the basics. Then we were played tennis every week and we really enjoyed it especially me. And now, work and time with the family especially with the little angel got us all occupied having no time to play. So what he does now is to browse his favorite team on rugby news on the Internet. It’s the official website for Europe’s premier tournament. The site offers tournament news, fixtures and games results. Through this, my husband can still be updated with his favorite team.

Mac poker online

Ever since my two sisters used MAC, instead of the conventional PC, I was wondering if I should get a MAC too. I heard many benefits in using MACs and I'm most willing to try one myself. Being a computer savy all these years, and I thought that it's time for me to try another system. Using my sister's MAC book, I was able to familiarize myself on the system. And I must say, it's also user friendly. So I'm gonna buy my own computer next time, I would definitely choose a MAC instead. Then I stumble upon a game online that I can install on the MAC. Mac poker online offers a wide range of softwares games for MAC users. The site is very user friendly and informative. The site offers online poker for mac and includes a list of Top MAC poker sites like Pacific Poker, Party poker, Full Tilt poker, Poker Stars, Poker Bonus, Poker für Mac and many more. They offer exclusive Mac poker online casino bonuses which is teamed up with the Top Mac Poker sites! Using a MAC has never been so much fun.

Day off

Me and the hubby will take the day off tomorrow. It's the little angel's Birthday! I'm still gonna go to work tonight so the hubby and the birthday girl will just have to wait for me to get home first tomorrow morning. Then off we go. We'll attend church first and say our prayers, Thanking HIM for another year with our little girl. Then we'll probably go to Sta. Clara Church for our offering and say our *wish*. We also plan to go to Eco Park, so the little angel will enjoy the day in the park. I'm so excited!

On the Birthday preparation...

We are almost done. Thank you cards are already with me. Will attach it on Saturday because I might put some more candies inside. I already saw the background trap. Thanks sister J! And my sister A will be printing it. The small balloons are all inflated are ready for the the flower-like arrangements. Still need to order/reserve the tables and chairs and book the sorbetero, so we might have ice cream, if the price is right hehe.

Wordless Wednesday

Finally I'm starting my own 'Wordless Wednesday' today. But let me remind you that my pictures here are not that good unlike on Alpha's blog and the other mommies on my list. I just got inspired, that's all and this will be a filler post in the future.

This first photo was taken from SIL's digicam when we were on Miggy's 2nd Birthday party two weeks ago. I like dressing her up during such occasion because at the party, she's not shy at all. She would dance in the middle with a balloon or even play with the other kids. My SIL was able to capture a lady-like little angel.

~ Enjoying the party. ~

Tour

Everybody wants to travel the world. What would be nicer than to see the wonderful gifts the world has to offer. If I would choose a profession, I would definitely go abroad, seek adventure and embrace the change that would come my way. One of the places I would love to go to is Italy because of it’s famous monuments and Sisten chapel. And to top that, to stay in a glamorous hotels in Italy. Rome would the second I would go to because of its famous Colosseum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and to stay in hotels in Rome. And not to mention Piazza San Marco, Gondola Ride, St Mark’s Basilicia and Hotels in Venice. And lastly, the cathedral, Leonardo de Vinci Museum, Castello and hotels in Milan. To go to these would be a dream come true for me and an adventure of a lifetime that I would remember as long as I live.

Just walk

I was able to drag my ass off to SM Marilao earlier this morning after I got home from work, just to print the Thank you cards for the party. I went to Index to have my manicure/pedicure while I wait for the cards. I've noticed that my feet was a nightmare. Uneven toe nails with very dry skin. The last foot spa I had was more than a year so I said yes to their foot spa service whic is very cheap (Php99). Besides, I need to relax because believe it or not, I walked from home all the way to SM Marilao. Since there's no tricycle available, and i don't want to wait under the sun, I decided to march. I need some exercise anyway. I was falling asleep when the lady was massaging my feet. I think I'll put "foot spa" on my what-to-do's every month. My feet deserves some pampering too. I praise my hands and feet after. Very clean and moisturized skin with platinum white color nails. Very lady-like I thought. Now I can blend in with the ladies! yey!

After that pampering session, I just took the jeepney ride from Index to the h-way and instead of riding the tricycle, I walked again. 13 pesos of tricycle fare is too much. Just think, if I pay 13 pesos every time I come in and out of the subdivision, that's how much in one week right? See. You do the math. Try walking sometime.

I picked up the card before going to work early this evening. All I need now is the banner. Attention sister J!

The lady said I could activated the pin Saturday afternoon but I wasn't able to so before going home early this morning, I went to Union Bank (walking distance from the office) to try the pin. Yeah it works. So now, finally I could get my hands on the moolahs I earned last year.

PR talks

I've finished my blog hopping routine and noticed a lot of them had PR updates. I think I've read 3 bloggers increased their PR ranks. The other one even got PR4! And the last one had PR3 then went down to 0. Sad. The last time I checked on my PR, it's still zero. Bokya. I chatted with my super friend Malen earlier and she advised me to join Entrecard. I was hesitant at first, but what heck! Anything for the PR right? And so I began the journey by signing up for the said company. And what do you know? I got 4 users online instantly. Oh yeah, for this blog... I usually get 2 users online--me and my sister! I used the force to make her visit my blog and that's about it. Hopefully, I'd get more traffic so I can click away those paid ops I've been waiting for.

Bz bz me

We went to church yesterday morning and went straight to SM to buy things we need for the party. Good thing the hubby was with me so I didn't forget anything. Then we spent the whole afternoon sleeping with the little angel. Early evening I started to work on the loot bags. Around 9pm I finally finished the loot bags and started on the other items. I've finished everything at 3:30AM! But I enjoyed wrapping, arranging, and making it more personalized as possible. And so I have accomplished most of the important things I need for the party on Saturday. Birthday cake=check, loot bags=check, prizes=check, fun area=check, decorations=check. I still need to make a sample of the give-away. If this will work, then I'll go for it. I still need to follow-up on the background tarp and the TY card. I have the TY card with me but I asked my sister M to do some revisions so I might get the finish product later this evening. I'm so excited already. I hope I didn't forget anything. I wish I could invite more people but the venue is limited. Our place is not that big yah know. Now, I still need to run some errands. Buy strings for the balloons, hopefully I'll get a pedicure too. My foot needs a lot of attention right now.

I'm glad I'm still able to cope with my irregular sleeping habits. I feel I have a jet log everyday. It's hard to keep up with my schedule and the preparations but I'm having the time of my life. Anything for the little angel. We plan to go out on Thursday... just the 3 of us. It's the little angel's actual birthday and the hubby and I plan to celebrate it by spending the whole day together. I'm excited. I asked the helper to cook pancit too. Yeah my mom said so, for long life daw. So tomorrow I'll be going out to print the TY cards, Wednesday-I might try the sample give-away, Thursday-the helpers can start on the balloons while we're gone and Friday-we'll start to marinade the food for Saturday. Oh yeah, I'll be going to work on week nights too! Bz bz me!

My hair looked nice after few days bacause split ends were gone. It even looked healthy. But after a week, it became frizzy again. Argh My same old hair. I dont know if i should have it styled or go for a rebond treatment. I always have never ending hair problems. Can anyone advise? Now I look like a school girl with a dumb haircut. Help!

Halfsent

I slept an irritating 3 hours after my shift yesterday morning. I did not rest well and even caught a headache. Then I went to Union Bank to finally pick up my card. I went straight to Recto station via LRT2 to my mom's work place. Me and mom met up with my dad in Savory near his work place. Oh I just love Savory. It reminds of my Papang (Grand father) because we all used to eat lunch outs with the whole after church on Sundays. I just so love their famous chicken and fried rice. After that delicious meal, my dad went back to work and me and my mom went to 168 mall. I asked her that we should drop by at Starbucks near the area because I really coffee. I ordered a refreshing java chip which did help in waking me up and relieving the slight uneasiness. But the headache is still there and I just ignored it because I was feeling a little relieved. And what do you know, they gave me the sticker card for the 2008 planner promo-thingy. It's extended daw until January 31 btw.

When we arrived at 168 mall, we went ahead at the party needs booth (suki). We bought what we need for the party... balloons, banners, etc. Then we stroll the area so we can buy some more. I love shopping especially with my mom. Reyna sa tawaran. Time was a little short because we did not get a chance to shop for clothes. I was suppose to buy clothes for me to wear at the little angel's party. Oh no! I don't have anything to wear. Will probably visit SM nalang next week.

I feel like floating when we arrived at my dad's work at 6:00 pm. Lack of sleep. We load everything in the car and went home (qc). My legs, thigh and feet hurts but I did not complain. I had grin on my face thinking I have everything I need for the party. My mom and I went to a local grocery here and bought candies for the loot bags.

After Dinner and small talks, I called in to advised a half day (half night). I'm human, I need to sleep. But the half day turned into halfsent because I overslept. Yeah, I woke up 1:00 am when I should be in the office at the time so I just went back to sleep. My mind suddenly focused again on the little angel's party. So got out of bed and wrote this entry. Good thing, the items that we bought were still in the car. If not, I could be checking them and would probably be awake again until sun rise. I think I feel a slight headache again. I should probably take this opportunity that I could take a rest and sleep during the night. Iba talaga tulog sa gabi.

Goodnight goodnight... See you tomorrow.

TGIF - Thank God for my family

I have a feeling that I'm gonna be busy for the next couple of days. There's still so many things to do at home, in preparation for the little angel's birhday next week. I've already confirmed friends who are coming, and I'm excited! And I really appreciate what my sisters have been doing for the party. They never fail, not a single occasion! haha. My sister A sent out our pictures from our recently Pic-A-boo session last Christmas 2007. Those pictures will be an add-on to the birthday banner. Here's a picture I love the most... Zitros sisters with nieces on their wacky hats. Wow! Our family is indeed growing.

~ zitros' sisters ~

Oh my! The revlon lipstick looks good on me here, don't you think? And look at baby Aiverine still innocently sleeping on her mommy's arms. She doesn't know yet how crazy her titas are. And we are overwhelmed to have her and very excited for her to grow up!

Thank God it's Friday... Thank God for my family.
