Nothing
Nothing much to say… Eto siguro yung mga araw na soobrang down ang feeling ko. And that feeling would not go away… I try to control myself because it would not do me any good if I let it conquer everything. It’s hard to explain but I think this is one of the moments where I’m still adjusting and coping with the sudden change in lifestyle that I have.
Nothing serious really. I just want to get it out of my chest.
I tried telling God about this… I hope HE'll answers my prayers…

Life’s simple pleasures

Instructions: Name ten of life’s simple pleasures that you like the most, then pick ten people to do the same. Try to be original and creative and not to use things that someone else has already used.So here are my ten simple pleasures:
#1: I love to eat! Pizza, pasta, calzone… especially chocolates! Grabeh minsan feeling ko, ako si Homer Simpson pag nag lalaway over something yummy! Live, love and Eat! Hehehe
#2: Weekends. Eto kase yung time na nagkakasama kami sa house. Parang mini-reunion… kompleto kaming lahat--mamsie, papsie, my sisters brother-in-law and pamangkin.
#3: First time. Like going to a place for the first time. Eating in a restaurant for the first time with my husband. Mahilig kase kami mamasyal and discover new places.
#4: Talking. Spending the day with my sister or girlfriend and talking about everything that we can think of—music, places, politics, pregnancy, cute babies, hubbies etc. Minsan parang walang katapusan ang kwentuhan eh.
#5: Reminiscing. I like to look at old memorable pictures or watch home videos. arap kase mag imagine ng masasayang moments eh.
#6: Internet. Reading emails, blogs, chat sessions, friendster, multiply, yahoo messenger, web cam etc. Pag online kase ako, feeling ko I can get in touch with my friends and relatives.
#7: Sharing ideas/kwento and photos sa blog. Gusto ko lagi updated blog ko. Masarap kase i-share sa iba ang journeys, especially Kodak moments eh.
#8: Music. Hinahanap ko pa rin to kahit busy nako sa work at sa house. But I always find time to at least the play guitar and sing my heart out. Or minsan mag jam kami ng sister ko pag may oras kami.
#9: Saturday night with my husband and Daughter. Dati, Saturday night is gimmick time but now Lanna is here… stay home nalang kami and watch TV or movie. Gagawa nalang ako ng snacks namin, like popcorn, chips, shake, or iced coffee.
#10: Spending time with my Baby. Pagdating ko sa bahay galing work, nawawala pagod ko pag nakita ko na si baby. Usually pagdating ko, palit ako agad damit pambahay, wash face and hands, then mag cuddle and play nakami ni baby sa bed. Sempre kasama na dun ang picture taking hehehe.

Our First Mother's Day

Last sunday morning, I recieved a text message from a good friend... "Motherhood is a tough 24-hour job: No Pay, No day-off, most often unappreciated and yet resignation is impossible! Hello good mom! Happy Mother's Day to you!"... Mother's day na pala and first namin to as a family. We went to church and ate lunch with my family in QC. Then we (me, Jp and Lanna) went to Antipolo to attend our Team Building sa office. Dumaan muna kami sa office kase sinundo namin si Malen. Grabeh, sobrang pasyal si baby ko that day. Hindi na nga ako nakapunta sa First birthday ng baby ni Karen eh... sayang! Umalis kami dun around 6:30pm kase ate is waiting for us sa house..jpg)
ang laki-laki na ni Amandine! at sobrang kulet na! Lakad ng lakad sa kwarto... dapat talaga bantayan sya kase lahat nalang ginagalaw nya. Like nung sunday morning, mom and I are busy with baby Lanna, then binabantayan naman ng sister ko si Amandine while surfing the Internet at the same time. Maya-maya may naririnig ako may gumagalaw sa gilid... pag tingin namin, nilalabas na ni Amandine lahat ng laman sa ref. As in mga mineral bottles of water, packs of biscuits, chocolates etc. at nilalapag nya sa sahig. Nakita ko sister ko, nakatutok pala sa computer... haaay... nakakatuwa nalang.Tuesday, May 16, 2006

When we girls drink to much
I got this email from roselle several days ago. Natawa lang ako kase ganyang-ganyan ako pag lasing... hehehehe!
*sigh*.....Those were the days.
+ WHEN WE GIRLS DRINK TOO MUCH +
1. We have absolutely no idea where our purse is.
2. We believe that dancing with our arms overhead and wiggling our butt
while yelling "WOO-HOO!" is truly the sexiest dance move around.
3. We’ve suddenly decided that we want to kick someone’s ass and honestly
believe we could do it too.
4. In our last trip to pee, we realize that we now look more like a homeless
hooker than the goddess we were just four hours ago.
5. We start crying and telling everyone we see that we love them sooo much.
6. We get extremely excited and jump up and down every time a new song
plays. We keep yelling, “OH MY GOD! I LOVE THIS SONG!”
7. We’ve found a deeper/spiritual side to the geek sitting next to us.
8. We’ve suddenly taken up smoking and become really good at it.
9. We yell at the bartender, who we believe cheated us by giving us just
lemonade, but that’s just because we can no longer taste the gin.
10. We think we are in bed, but our pillow feels strangely like the kitchen floor.
11. We fail to notice that the toilet lid’s down when we sit on it.
12. We take our shoes off because we believe it’s their fault that we’re having
problems walking straight.

French Baker
I've been craving for French baker's Soup in a bowl and Chicken ala King for the last two weeks. I remembered, kumain kami ni JP sa French Baker, SM North Annex months before our wedding~when we were still planning everything... We talked and talked there while enjoying our meal... Soup in a bowl, Chicken ala King, Lasagna and Iced Tea. Pinagusapan namin kung anu-ano mga gusto namin sa wedding namin, papano setup, kung ano mangyayari and of course, the baby. Then a week after our wedding, kumain kami uli sa French Baker, SM North Annex uli, same rin inorder namin at doon rin kami nakaupo. This time, we were talking about how well the wedding went. Grabeh, imagine how time flies… Susunod pupunta kami don at kakain kasama na si Lanna.***Malen, Amy, Ruthie~~kelan ba food trip natin?

Another first

After church last Sunday morning… tambay na kami ni Lanna sa bed. While I was wathing TV, I noticed Lanna struggling all her might to turn over. Sawa na siguro syang nakahiga. At success! She had done it! Another first ni baby. Grabeh sobrang nakakatuwa to see her grow. Nung gabi ng matutulog na kami, she keeps turning over na hindi na sya nahihirapan. Pero binabalik ko sya thinking na baka hindi sya makahinga pag tulog na. Pero makulit .jpg)
talaga… dumadapa parin so hinayaan ko na at tinignan ko nalang kung ano gagawin nya… So my surprise, natulog na sya mag isa hahahaha! Ako pala makulit at kaya pala nagagalit kase antok na sya. Hinayaan ko nalang syang nakadapa but I made sure na nakakahinga sya. Grabeh ang sarap ng tulog nya…at grabeh rin ang sarap ng feeling... Susunod ano naman kaya gagawin nya?.jpg)
