Home/Small business
I'm thrilled that I'm getting orders for two weeks now. Yup! I'm baking again and this time I finally have a list of products/goodies for sell. Sucks! Because I have to do everything... preparing, baking, packaging and selling! It's hard but I'm still hopeful this business will someday grow, so I can stay home. I know I still have a long way to go. At first I had a hard time choosing the right box for the packaging and then I ran out of sticker label! How gorgeous is that right. Maybe if I earn a bit more, I ran purchase some trade printers so I can use for my small business plus for the kiddo's school assignment.

Gigs
It's been awhile since I watch local gigs in the metro and Thanks to my sister Jx, I was able to experience Moonstar88, Chicosci and Sandwich first hand. Lee Grain was also there and she shared a couple of songs for us. So much talented musicians out there! Too bad me and my band didn't make it into the mainstream. But on the lighter side, I was able to shake hands with Myrene, bassist of Sandwich.

Pick ups
My dad asked me to test the blue yamaha bass guitar last night because he swapped the pick-ups with the wood body bass guitar. He recently found out that that pick-up is already expensive. When I tried the blue yamaha, it really do sound good. The tone can go as deep and the crunch is powerful. I love it. Maybe we'll check another pick-up (same brand) on music instruments at musicians friend. I hope it's not that expensive on this store. Now I'm excited to get back into music and use the blue yamaha. You ask when? I hope soon!

Strawberry taho!
It's been weeks and I haven't uploaded our Baguio pictures. Bad. But there's one photo that really caught my attention. Kiddo and chubby asked for the Strawberry taho and they were busy ever since. I was waiting for them to look up so I can take a photo (at Lourdes) but it seems they were too busy (very busy!). So I guess the strawberry taho was so yummy and it took these two playful kids to a halt!

Gift for you
I've been a lot of jogging lately and I'm proud to say that I'm doing great. Starting over was difficult but my motivation persist and I'm still here. But exercising is taking my whole afternoon time and I barely go on the Internet lately. My inaanak will turn 1 in weeks times and I need a gift asap. I'm thinking of getting him something useful, like a pair of shoes or pants but an idea came to me. If I wanted a memorable gift, I can get him a Golden Eagle Coin, wherein he can keep and use it as a hobby someday.

Family lunch out
Father's day is fast approaching and I haven't thought of anything to give to my dad or the hubby. I know for a fact that they do not enjoy accessories but I know they would appreciate an scrumptious lunch or dinner. Or how about if I bake a cigar cutter shape cake? Well that will be something hahaha. I'd probably go with the family lunch out for now.

Cupcake project!
Finally I've done it! My own version of Red Velvet. I've experimented on the toppings on the batch but it still tasted yummy. Too bad I was not able to capture with the frosting because it was too yummy hahaha! But yeah it needs a little tweaking and hopefully I'll get to finally MY OWN recipe. But for now... have a happy RED VELVET FRIDAY!
