Reward
I like it here in our new home, it's quite and we have more space and privacy compared from our previous apartment where everything is open and noisy. Also, running water is good here 24/7, and for that we don't need
stainless steel drums for water storage. I feel like I can sleep here all day and I think that's what I really need now. Sleep. To reward myself from all the hard work I'm doing. And maybe a nice foot spa afterwards? Yes! hahaha.

Did you know...
... that on February 17 is Outside Sound Awareness Day? On February 17, 1996, recordists around the world turned microphones to their everyday surroundings. Jason Reinier, a San Francisco-based sound designer, gathered the results and wove this sonic portrait of "everyday" into a popular CD. Listen to the sounds around your own home and see what you find!

New Haircut
Finally, the hubby decided to cut his hair and together, we all went out the other day to get their hairs cut. I super love the kiddo's bobby cut hair. She looks chubbier and fresh. Good thing, her hair went to the right directions after she took a bath the next morning. I think this is the perfect hair style for a super active kid like her.

It's time...
I had this bass guitar for a couple of years and today I realized it needed a new set of strings. And so it's time.... I did replace the strings myself. My dad usually does everything for me. But I'm so proud of myself for doing everything. Too bad I don't the GK amp with me to try the new strings. Can't wait till Friday. Anyway, Thanks sister S for sponsoring my strings. I can't wait to try neons hahaha! Rock on.

Sick
I can't believe I got sick this weekend. I know it's my fault, I should have slept or took a nap but I didn't. And so come Sunday morning, I was burning with fever plus body and headache. It's been awhile since I got sick and I hate it. I feel so weak and helpless. Good thing, me and my family are enjoying free medical services granted by our company, plus Insurance. We are very lucky I know. Now I need to sleep and eat more so I can go to work tomorrow.

Jam with HS friends
Nice jam with high school friends---Peds, Kim and Rupert. Farley needs to be present next time. This is preparation with the up-coming home coming this August. Four songs is not bad for us who just jammed after so many years. Can't wait for the next jam session with these guys.

TV series
I'm quite picky when it comes to watching TV series. Now I'm watching True blood but the weekly waiting between episodes is unbearable. So I decided to look for another TV series that would keep my mind off True Blood and thus I found Mildred Pierce. It's HBO miniseries and I love the story. Setting of the story is in the 1930's with all the old school cars. I love the part when the guy played Polo with all the english horse tack that looks like 1930's. I even dreamed about the mansion yesterday. Weird. But it's only 5 episodes and I just finished the last one yesterday. Now I have a couple of days to wait until True Blood again. Maybe I'll watch Twilight Saga? Or maybe download NCIS. I heard it's really good. Let's see.

BB or HTC
Looking at my phone makes my realize that I badly need a new one. I'm not interested with the most expensive and high-tech one in the market, but what I really need should suit the way I live. Internet, wifi, 3G, touch-screen are the features I badly need especially when I'm on the go. And there's only two phones that caught my attention. It's the classic Black Berry and
htc at the source. I've heard good things about Blue Berry until my BIL bought HTC. At first ,I was not aware HTC exist and then when I got to experience it, I can't make up my mind. Let's check the budget instead haha. New phone, next week? Let's see.

Burn
I had a week of jogging and exercise two weeks ago and wow it felt good to run again. All those sweat coming out my system. Jogging and work-out are the fastest
fat burners in town, believe me. Too bad the rain came pouring again last week that put my work-out to a temporary stop. At least the muscle are gone and I'm expecting more when I start running again next week (hopefully). But lately, I'm enjoying the rain for a change.

I can do it!
I just noticed that it's already July and in a few months, it'll be
~ber months which means, Christmas is coming to town (again). But before that I checked my calendar and noticed that I have a lot of events this August, like my niece's 7th Birthday, High School Reunion, Shop opening and Korn concert. These are big events that I can't miss. Good thing I had my hair done last month and I can't wait for my highlights in two weeks time. And the most important thing, I need to loose more pounds. I know I still have a month to prepare but 4 weeks is just so fast nowadays. It's like I need exercise, jogging plus lipo rexall from
buyliporexall.com. This way, I can trim down fast. Four weeks? I can do it!

TOYOTA CORONA DX 1982 Silver Edition - SOLD
The hubby suggest that we sell the car with a lower price. With it's value going down, we might sell it on a much lower price if we don't give it away this year. And besides, rust are slowing eating up the car and leaks on the roof during the rain are getting worst. We have all the intention to have it fixed but we really don't have enough funds for it. So this morning, the car was sold. It's been a year and a half since we had it and that car really helped us. I'm going to miss that old school.
