Paltos
Aimz and Joey went home around 4:30pm, while me and Randell went to Cubao for another band rehearsal. And this is for the battle of the bands I was talking about few weeks back. We were suppose to start at 6 o' clock but Paul was late. As always.
We tried the song half step down, but it's not the same as the original key so we went back to standard tuning. I know I'm an expert backup vox, but I really tried and it turned out okay. We rehearsed the song over and over and over until my finger felt swollen but I ignored. We finished around 8:30pm and I got home at 9:30pm.
In bed, I can still picture out my day - Full of friends and Music. I wished everyday was rehearsal day!

3 Q's
:: It's obvious that I play music as one of my hobbies. It's my passion ever since. Since I'm going out lately with my friends, they've taught me how to play poker. Now the hype is on. I can't stop playing and I even browse Poker Forums just to get techniques.
2. What do you like to do for fun?
:: I usually go out with my friends, watch a movie, eat out and talk till the wee hours. But recently tried Online Casinos because they have No Deposit Casino which it's easy to play.
3. Do you go out much? Where do you like to go? What kinds of things do you like to do?
:: I love to go out especially out of town trips to the beach. I'd always make sure I'd conquer a place where I never been before. And this coming August, we'll be going to caramoan. I can't wait.

Drag Me To Hell
Christine Brown (Alison Lohman) is a hard-working bank loan officer with a good job, a great boyfriend, and a promising future. With a promotion up in the air between her and another employee, her boss, Mr. Jacks (David Paymer), advises her that she needs to demonstrate she can make "the hard calls" and make tough decisions. When Mrs. Ganush (Lorna Raver), an elderly Slavic woman, asks for a third extension on her mortgage, Christine, against her better instincts, denies her in an attempt to prove herself. In desperation, Ganush prostrates herself before Christine, begging and kissing the hem of her skirt. As a crowd of customers and employees gathers, Christine panics and shoves the woman away, gravely insulting her. That night, Ganush, enraged and humiliated, exacts revenge by placing a curse upon Christine. Shaken by this confrontation, but sure that no further harm will come of it, Christine tries to forget what has happened and move on with her life- that is until she is haunted around the clock by a mysterious and terrifying entity that only she can see. She confides in her boyfriend, Clay Dalton (Justin Long), however, he is too skeptical to believe her stories about monstrous demons that are constantly terrorizing her. Meanwhile, Christine keeps having frightening encounters with a transformed Ganush who is making her life a living hell. As her relationship starts to fall apart and her job starts to crumble, Christine becomes increasingly scared. Mr. Jacks starts to think that she may be suffering from psychiatric troubles and starts to confront her himself. With nobody to believe her, Christine makes a last desperate attempt to prove her sanity by consulting a psychic, Rham Jas (Dileep Rao), who warns her that she has been cursed and that she is to be tortured for three days by a demon called the Lamia before being dragged into hell to burn for eternity. Horrified by this revelation, Christine begins a race against time to save her soul from damnation. SOURCE: WIKIPEDIA

three times - Q's
1. How are you doing today? Is it a Good Day, A Bad Day, or an Indifferent Day? Why?
:=: It's nice day today. Monday's not bad. It reminds me of my rest day.
2. What are you up to/what have you done so far today?
:=: I'm still finishing my online assignments and I plan to post schedule entries for the rest of week and for next week too.
:=: I've been browsing for gift ideas online and I plan to do more researching later this evening. Family and friend's birthdays are coming up so I need to prepare. I already found a couple of items online. I like the mom agenda planner, perfect for my sister, monogrammed key fobs for my friends and monogrammed koozies for my best friend. But I still have a couple of items in mind, and I hope to find them later.

Fill-Ins
1. How’s the climate where you live right now? Too cold? Too hot? What’s your preferred climate?
:: It's HOT because it's still summer. Too hot for me especially in the middle of the afternoon. My preferred climate would be in Hong Kong. I love love the climate there!
2. Is it ’spring’ where you live yet? If so, how can you tell? If not, when does spring usually occur?
:: Unfortunately, we only have two seasons here.
3. Depending on the season, what’s the preferred temperature in your house? What kind of things do you do (heat, a/c, fans, etc) to make your environment most comfortable for yourself?
:: We usually turn on the A/C at night and fans in the afternoons. Sometimes I feel the heat serves as a fatburner.

What else?
What do you want to do with a little extra cash?
:: I do make sure to save that little extra cash now that the little kiddo will be going to school this coming June.
What else do you want this week? Feel free to share it all.
:: Work is still on the top of my list. Playtime with the little kiddo tomorrow because it's my rest day. And look for the best diet pills in the market. Because there's an up coming outing this July and I can't wait.

Last week's recap
Monday :: First day of the month's new shift schedule. Please don't ask more.
Tuesday :: My sister's flight to Dubai, where she re-unites with the my two other sisters there.
Wednesday :: Got a text message from a friend, inviting me to join them in the up coming Battle of the bands - sponsored by JB Music.
Thursday :: Whole day MMA band rehearsal. Yes, the rain did not stop us from making music and had small drinking session right after. Then received another text message that a friend drummer had joined. And so the band unites again.
Friday :: Spend the whole day with the little kiddo at SM. I let her play with kids there, ate spag at Jollibee and purchase the ride-all-you-can at storyland. I was a tiring day but the little angel surely enjoyed her day with me.
Saturday :: Listening to the original song that we're going to play. I'm trying to absorb every note and melody of the song. I wish I have my bass guitar here with me.
Sunday :: Planning to go to church later and lunch out with the little angel and the FIL.
Happy Mother's day!

Meet the Wolf Pack
No. 1 on the list: Native American or First Nation ancestry, because their characters belong to the Quileute tribe, based in La Push, Wash., both in the book and in real life.
"They had to have papers that proved their heritage," says director Chris Weitz, who was the one who insisted on hiring within the community. "And they had to be in good physical shape."
The Twilight sequel is filming now, and between takes, the actors usually are working out with barbells, doing push-ups or chowing down on steak, Weitz says. "They went through wolf camp together, and they are in constant training. It paid off as a bonding thing for them and helped them to get to know one another. They drove each other to get more buff."
No amount of weightlifting, however, would allow them to act out the wolf portion of their performances; the beasts are about the size of horses and race around on all fours.
"They all have the actor's eyes," Weitz says. SOURCE

First look at the Wolves
Unlike cold-blooded neck biters, these poster guys for animal magnetism are hot. So hot that their temperature runs a steady 108 degrees, as anyone who has read Stephenie Meyer's series of gothic romances knows.
That gives them a great excuse to doff their shirts on-screen and expose the physiques they've been pumping up for playing werewolves in The Twilight Saga:New Moon, the sequel to last year's supernatural sensation, due Nov. 20.
Four actors — Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, all with Native American heritage — join Taylor Lautner, 17, who returns as a hairier, scarier Jacob Black. The plotline finds Jacob growing closer to a distraught Bella (Kristen Stewart) after her vampire beau, Edward, runs off.
Among wolf pack job requirements: the ability to work half-naked no matter what the weather in the Vancouver, B.C., area, where the film has been shooting for several weeks.
"It's not pleasant for the actors," says director Chris Weitz. "But they have all been good-natured. They show up on location in drenching, cold rain, and I say, 'OK, off with the robes.' " SOURCE
